Med 4G/2G-plug-in-kommunikationsmodulerne kan RISCO-kontrolpaneler kommunikere via 4G/2G-netværk til rapportering, styring og fjernprogrammering. Det kan bruges som primær kommunikation eller som back-up for IP- og Wi-Fi-kommunikationsmodulet. Modulet understøtter rapporteringsformaterne SIA/IP, SIA og Contact ID. Modulerne understøtter parallel notifikation og rapportering af hændelser til RISCO Cloud, overvågningsstationer og Follow Me-destinationer (via e-mail og/eller SMS) samt fjernadgang til panelet ved hjælp af CS til konfiguration og diagnostik.
