General Information

SIO12-3 is an input and output unit used in alarms in ARX to connect alarm sensors. SIO12-3 can be connected to the LCU9016III sub-controller directly on the DAC buses or via the SIO bus on the master control panel. SIO12-3 has 12 inputs and three outputs. The 12 inputs are programmable and can operate normally open or normally closed, double balanced with any resistance values ​​(standard 2K2 ohm). Triple balancing is also possible when covering alarms from detectors are used. All outputs are programmable, each with two relay-equipped and one supervised transistor output. SIO12-3 is equipped with an internal buzzer. The SIO12-3 board can handle current loops on all inputs such as loop-connected glass detectors and fire detectors. Inputs 1-3 can also handle extra current with a maximum load of 200mA per input. All inputs and outputs have LED indicators to simplify installation and troubleshooting. The SIO12-3 can either be connected directly to a door bus or to the alarm system's SIO bus.
